Join the team Kmart Australia’s Corporate Systems team is responsible for ensuring our National Office has the tools to support Kmart and Target stores across Australia and New Zealand. We're seeking a highly skilled Finance/Functional Analyst with extensive functional knowledge of SAP HANA. As a pivotal member of the team, you'll be tasked with leveraging your expertise to support our HR & Finance teams, in addition to driving strategic initiatives to optimize finance processes and systems. From requirement analysis to system configuration and user support, your comprehensive understanding of SAP S4 HANA will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration of technology solutions with our business objectives. What you’ll be doing Working with Kmart’s corporate services and finance teams to understand our unique functional requirements, extend our capabilities and rectify issues affecting day-to-day operations within the group. Ensuring our Finance and Safety Systems are fit for purpose, effective and appropriate to our business requirements. Understand how functional requirements and upstream/downstream system integrations affect our Finance teams capabilities and impact their delivery of services. Lead and implement process improvements, from concept to delivery. Work with SMEs and project resources to design and document requirements and standard operating procedures, by using a variety of information gathering techniques (e.g., interviews, facilitated sessions). To be successful in this role you’ll have: Deep technical understanding and hands-on experience configuring SAP S4 HANA. Extensive knowledge of IT Finance and Safety Systems. Knowledge of UKG Dimensions, in particular, is highly advantageous. Demonstrated experience working as a SAP Functional / Finance analyst, supporting complex enterprise environments. Exceptional time management capabilities and be comfortable managing conflicting priorities and multiple concurrent projects. Highly developed communication skills, be comfortable discussing software functionality with engineers, support staff and non-technical end users. A consultative nature, able to make recommendations and propose changes to user requests to better align to HRIS capabilities and configuration.
