The Salesforce platform team is dedicated to the design, delivery, and maintenance of innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Systems Analyst (Salesforce) who will be instrumental in designing, developing, and sustaining technical solutions that adhere to both Salesforce and ECU best practices. This role involves contributions to both Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations and larger, strategic projects. Selection Criteria The suitable candidate will meet the following key criteria: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with at least 5 years subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Demonstrated experience in application support and development roles in a mid-sized organisation. Demonstrated understanding or experience of configuration, maintenance, development and support, and associated methodologies. Strong communication skills, especially interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and organisational staff, and management at all levels. Proven capability to work positively and effectively as part of a collaborative work team, to accommodate and work well with different working styles and to work independently where required. Technical skills that would be considered highly desirable:Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Administrator certifications OR previous experience working with Salesforce. Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java HTML/Javascript REST/JSON/SOA/Web Services Development The successful applicant will be required to provide a national police clearance.
