This critical operational role reports to the Director, GTM, and is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of business marketing propositions, offers, and campaigns. The GTM Senior Manager will orchestrate exceptional experiences and outcomes for our business customers through efficient go-to-market programs. Your day in the life of a Senior GTM Manager at Optus Orchestrate exceptional experiences and outcomes for our business customers through effective go-to-market programs. Deliver go-to-market plans across all marketing touch points, prioritising activities to achieve the best business and customer outcomes. Review and approve all market and customer communications to ensure they're on brand, customer-led, and impactful. Lead business briefing activities for all offers, promotions, and initiatives. Act as a customer proposition champion across all GTM initiatives to ensure alignment with the proposition strategy. Support the resolution of intensified issues and risks identified during program activities or business as usual operations. About You! Highly successful background as a Senior GTM Manager / GTM Manager. Analytical and logical problem solver with a customer-centric approach and a focus on finding solutions to business challenges. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent influencing and persuading skills across all levels including clients in Senior Management. Proven background with understanding and complete partner requirements and exceeding expectations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
