The company has multiple offices across Australia and supports large-scale offshore projects, with a particular specialism in airborne geophysics & mineral exploration. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Within this role, you will manage and guide a team of talented data processing professionals, assisting in the analysis and processing of varied geophysical datasets. This is a great opportunity for a process-driven individual with strong communication skills to introduce and maintain efficient processes from a project and team management perspective. Playing a crucial role within the business and team, you will be responsible for: Overall management of the data processing team Analysing & understanding complex geophysical datasets Implementing efficiencies and better working practices across multiple projects Collaborating with the acquisition team and wider business to support continued expansion Consulting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clients' needs are being met ABOUT YOU To be successful in this Senior Geophysicist & Project Manager role you should have: Varied experience across geophysical data acquisition, data processing, analysis, qualitative interpretations, and quantitative modelling Excellent team & project management skills A background in mineral exploration, mining, or highly transferable skills Excellent communication and consultative skills Experience with various geophysical software & data processing solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr
