Lots of opportunity for growth within the business. Your birthday as an additional paid leave day. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Cert 3 or higher in Hairdressing. Hair Extension knowledge and Experience. Passion for creating hair transformations. Outstanding customer and client care. REQUIREMENTS Managing the day to day runnings of the salon. KPI and targets to be reached weekly. Weekly reporting to Stephanie and Irene. Sales targets and strategy weekly meetings. Monthly promotions managed and run (if salon needed). Training and education internally.
