About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Senior Health Advisor to join our team, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by providing expert advice, driving key initiatives, and ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.As a key partner across the business, you will support employees and leaders by developing and implementing health and wellbeing strategies including: Health & Safety: Develop and implement health management plans, standards, and strategies Occupational Hygiene: Identify, monitor, and control workplace exposure risks through structured programs Fitness for Work: Manage risk assessments, drug & alcohol testing, fatigue management, and health assessment Psychosocial Risk Management: Address workplace mental health hazards and implement effective mitigation strategies Wellbeing & Medicals: Lead corporate health & wellness initiatives and oversee medical assessments Injury Management: Facilitate injury prevention, return-to-work processes, and compliance with worker’s compensation regulations. Job Description About you We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a strong focus on continuous improvement, integrity, and confidentiality who thrives on a mix of office-based and fieldwork, with occasional travel to operational sites. Key criteria: Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health or a related field with experience in an industrial environment, preferably in oil & gas, energy, or mining Strong understanding of Australian workplace health and safety legislation, particularly in exploration, development, or production environments Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining health and safety standards, procedures, and programs Expertise in occupational hygiene, fitness for work, psychosocial hazards, and injury management.
