Great salary packaging options that can significantly increase your take-home pay. About the Opportunity Anglicare NT is looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our HR Team. The successful candidate will provide high level support in the delivery of operational HR advice and support to managers and staff across Anglicare NT for the purpose of achieving strategic organisational objectives. Based in Darwin, at our Winnellie office the Senior HR Advisor will report to the Director People and Learning. What we are looking for: Minimum qualification of a Certificate/Diploma in human resources or demonstrated 5 years' experience in Human Resources. If you do not currently have a qualification you will demonstrate a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development. Demonstrated working knowledge of Fair Work Act and contemporary HR practices. Demonstrated connections within and understanding of Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander community structures and protocols or at a minimum demonstrated commitment to working respectfully with Indigenous and culturally and linguistically diverse clients, communities, staff. The ability to lead and navigate complex HR matters and maintain meaningful relationships.
