Reporting to the CIO you will be responsible for:Oversee a team of three direct reports across Projects, Digital Transformation / DevOps and System Administration to ensure IT excellence is delivered across the business. Provide expert guidance to promote industry best practices and standards to ensure top-notch results across the IT department. Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating and recommending cutting-edge technologies, tools, and methodologies that enhance solution efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate closely with the projects and digital transformation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budgets, and meet stakeholders' expectations. Manage third-party vendor relationships and service providers, overseeing their performance. Identify and tackle technical hurdles head-on, resolving issues across infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems. Seek out opportunities for process improvement to ensure continuous innovation across IT. You….. To be successful in this role as a Senior IT Manager you will:Play a crucial role in overseeing the organization's technology infrastructure and managing the IT team. Have a solid overview of cloud computing, network architecture, software development, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and cybersecurity. Hands-on experience with diverse programming languages, databases, and operating systems. Be proficient in translating complex technical concepts into clear, understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
