Delivering outcomes and trusted advice, you will become a pillar to stakeholders at all levels of the department.At the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC), our primary responsibility is to provide support and guidance to the Premier and Cabinet to effectively deliver on the government's priorities, commitments, decisions, and objectives for the betterment of the community.The ITS team comprises 34 staff and is a part of People and Services Branch. We provide ICT services to the Department, the Premier, Ministerial Offices, and the Office of the Leader of the Opposition, prioritising excellence in service provision and high performance.Your Opportunity The Senior IT Systems and Support Analyst within the Operations and Project Delivery team, with responsibility for: Building and maintaining strong, trusting, and purposeful stakeholder relationships that ensure effective delivery of ICT services. Delivering strong corporate and information governance, and risk management that support the responsible delivery of ICT services. Ensuring rapid, critical incident response and recovery for continuity of ICT services. Assisting in implementing and operationalising fit-for-purpose, innovative ICT solutions and/or services that deliver their defined business benefits. Managing existing outsourcing arrangements that bolster effective ICT service delivery. What We're Looking For You have a minimum of five years' experience in an ICT support position with comprehensive knowledge of: Microsoft technologies, including Windows 10/11, Office, Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, InTune, 365, SharePoint, and Teams. MacOS and iOS, including device management configuration and capabilities. PowerShell, or other scripting languages. Possess certification in any relevant Microsoft technologies or ITIL. Proficiency in delivering and/or coordinating fast-paced, multi-vendor incident response, ensuring expedited service recovery for complex technical issues. Clear, effective, proactive, and influential communication with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in managing third parties to deliver operational outcomes. Ability to oversee and guide staff within a fluid environment.
