Base pay range A$160,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr Director UK & EMEA - Securing Top Payroll & HR Talent for Businesses - Reward 300 Member Job Title: Dayforce Implementation Senior Manager – WFM Location: Australia (Remote) Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent As the Dayforce Implementation Senior Manager, you will lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of the Dayforce WFM module for our clients across various industries. Your expertise will drive successful project delivery, ensuring the WFM solution is tailored to meet the unique needs of each organisation. You will work closely with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure best practices are followed and ensure seamless system integration for a positive user experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of the Dayforce WFM module from planning and design through to deployment and post-launch support. Collaborate with client teams to understand their workforce management requirements and translate them into Dayforce WFM solutions. Drive the technical configuration, testing, and deployment of Dayforce WFM to meet business needs. Provide guidance to clients and internal teams on best practices for WFM processes, including time and attendance, scheduling, and workforce analytics. Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Lead and mentor a team of implementation specialists to ensure quality deliverables and continuous improvement. Provide training and support to clients and internal teams, ensuring successful adoption of the Dayforce WFM module. Address challenges and resolve issues during the implementation process, ensuring smooth and effective transitions. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience in implementing Dayforce WFM solutions, ideally with a deep understanding of the WFM module. Strong project management skills, with experience managing large-scale implementations in a leadership role. In-depth knowledge of workforce management best practices and processes. Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to manage complex system implementations. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones. A proactive and client-focused approach to managing projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications and experience in Dayforce, HRIS, or related fields are a plus. Prior experience working in a consulting environment or with large enterprise clients. Previous exposure to other Dayforce modules or HCM (Human Capital Management) systems is a plus.
