Senior In-House Legal Counsel - Banking, Funds Management Our Client Our client is a leading credit specialist and funds manager with over $20 billion dollars of assets under management. The Role This role will suit lawyers with funds & financial services, banking & finance and/or relevant corporate and commercial experience gained either in-house or in private practice. You will work directly with the Chief Legal Counsel and General Counsel to provide legal services to the funds management division as well as across other parts of the business. Your role will be varied and will include providing legal advice to the business in relation to registered managed investment schemes operated by the business, as well as projects on the establishment of other funds. You will also advise on lending, funding, contracts, and disputes. Securitization Lawyers are also encouraged to apply.
