About the role: This role will manage the performance, availability, capacity, and security of the infrastructure and applications, address escalations promptly, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement for on-premise infrastructure. Brisbane based candidates only. Desirable Requirements: Cloud hyperscaler exposure. Hands-on experience managing workloads in Jira. Delivering infrastructure based on approved designs. Contribute to architecture and design forums. Producing high-quality as-built documentation. Strong Incident, Problem and Change Management experience. Willingness to learn cloud automation skills. Essential Requirements: Virtual Infrastructure experience (VMWare vCenter, SRM). Strong Windows Server (2008/2012/2016/2019/2022) experience. Knowledge of domain management, including but not limited to, Active Directory (Forests, Domains, Trusts), DHCP, DNS, Group Policy. SAN Technologies (DELL EMC PowerMax, VMAX, VNX, Unity XT, Hitachi HNAS). Enterprise Data Protection (Commvault) experience. Monitoring/Alerting (SCOM 2012, Splunk, Nagios). Scripting (PowerShell).
