This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Leasing Consultant to join the most innovative market leader and premier Real Estate agency who is rapidly expanding throughout all over Sydney. As the new Leasing Consultant, you will need to have the ability to provide a high-level service that is above & beyond your high-profile client's expectations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone Conducting open homes and open-for-inspections Diary Management Preparing lease sign-ups and lease packs Reference checking tenants Reviewing application forms Ad hoc administration duties The Successful Candidate: Previous leasing experience or real estate reception experience is preferred A current Certificate of Registration, a reliable car and valid driver's license Proficient knowledge of Real Estate programs Fantastic communication both written & verbal Excellent computer skills The ability to work in a fast-paced environment The Benefits: Join one of the leading agencies in the East/CBD and become part of a HIGH PROFILE brand!
