The Ideal Candidate: Must have a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license. Should have prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community. Desirable: Previous experience working with individuals with dementia. Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide emotional support and engage residents in meaningful activities. Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
