Geelong 2 days ago Job title: Engage Life Coordinator Description Job Description: Atria Senior Living is seeking a skilled Life Engagement Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing activities that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our community members. Responsibilities: Design and implement Engage Life programs, ensuring they are well-planned and executed Create diversified recreational activities, providing sufficient supervision and support Teach and lead exercises, promoting physical fitness and wellness among residents Facilitate programs of interest, catering to the diverse tastes and abilities of our community members Engage and motivate residents, encouraging participation and social interaction Greet new residents, introducing them to others with similar interests and backgrounds Utilize ARC Resident Orientation Program, Resident Interest Questionnaire, and Resident Interview Questionnaire for all new residents Communicate upcoming activities and maintain a current schedule of events on the bulletin board Prepare and publish an engaging and creative monthly program calendar, incorporating community events and initiatives Cultivate relationships with corporate partners and prepare positive publicity stories for local media Coordinate departmental needs and goals within designated parameters Organize community resident transportation, scheduling outside events and making operational decisions Assist in recruiting, training, and managing volunteers where applicable Plan parties and activities, decorating the community according to seasonal and holiday themes Maintain activity spaces and work areas in a clean and organized state #J-18808-Ljbffr
