Join Vertical Scope Group’s (VSG) Professional Services Division in Canberra as we are seeking a driven, highly skilled and competent TS PV cleared, Senior Logistics Support Project Officer to join our award-winning team in supporting our Defence and National Intelligence Community customers. About you: Experience in Integrated Logistic principles Ability to quickly understand the sustainment of Defence capabilities and utilise inventory management systems. About the Role: Site liaison and stakeholder engagement, including with customers and suppliers, to ensure ICT Service Delivery requirements are met. Arrange travel and freight in support of sustainment and projects, including preparation of equipment for shipping in support of sustainment and projects. Plan, initiate and manage procurements to support program and organisational requirements. Manage priorities and workflows and schedule procurement activities to meet deadlines. Draft and review Governance and asset management policy documentation. Maintenance of ICT asset records, plan and execute stocktaking activities. Develop logistics supply chains in line with organisational policy and customer requirements. Identify supply chain shortfalls, develop rectification proposals for review, approval and implementation of solutions. Contribute to the continuous improvement process by developing and enhancing procedures.
