Base pay range A$120,000.00/yr - A$135,000.00/yr The opportunity exists to join a prestigious, top-tier professional services firm and employer of choice, well known for an exceptional work culture of flexibility, support and inclusion. Role Overview: The Senior Management Accountant will act as the key finance business partner to internal practice leadership, managing their P&L, driving reporting & forecasting, interpretation, and analytical insight of results, and contributing to business decision-making in a true value-add capacity. Key Responsibilities: Preparation and review of monthly management reports including profit & loss accounts. Assist with the presentation of results to business stakeholders. Assist in preparing business cases and promotions. Budget and forecast preparation. Analysis of KPI's. Qualifications: We're looking for CA/CPA qualified candidates with proven experience in a management accounting/business partnering role, with a flair for providing insightful commentary to stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring intermediate Excel skills (pivots, v-lookups, etc.) and have exposure to BI or planning tools.
