Your role is critical in driving business growth through innovative marketing campaigns, data-driven insights, and collaboration across teams. Leading a team of marketing professionals, you will ensure all efforts align with organizational objectives and brand identity. Let’s look at some key responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement multi-channel acquisition strategies to attract and retain customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing acquisition marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Performance Analysis: Utilize advanced analytics to monitor campaign performance, derive insights, and optimize strategies for improved ROI. Budget Management: Oversee the acquisition marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize profitability. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Development, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and product offerings. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decisions. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal regulations and company policies, mitigating potential risks. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in acquisition strategies. Ideally, we're looking for the following: Holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years in acquisition marketing or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage performance, and drive results. Excels at collaborating in a team environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Possesses a detail-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. Has a Google Marketing Platform certification (plus but not mandatory). Proven experience partnering with digital agencies to develop and optimize innovative marketing campaigns. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
