The Role: You will own the strategy and execution of omni-channel marketing to build our brand and generate leads. With a focus on the in-clinic retail experience, you’ll ensure prospects are welcomed, engaged, and guided seamlessly from entry to fitting. As the custodian of the Audika brand , you’ll maintain consistency across all touchpoints, strengthening our voice and presence. You’ll also bridge the retail and digital experience, ensuring a smooth transition into Audika’s CRM platform to nurture customer relationships effectively. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring consistent positioning, messaging, and market segmentation across all channels. Plan, oversee, and deliver impactful brand campaigns that effectively communicate value propositions and resonate with target audiences. Ensure seamless integration of brand messaging, design, and identity across all customer touchpoints, enhancing the overall customer journey. Collaborate with the global and local teams to create in-clinic materials, optimize store layouts, and support new clinic launches with tailored marketing strategies. Manage stock, printing, and distribution of in-clinic materials while maintaining high-quality brand representation. Lead and mentor a team of three, fostering professional growth and ensuring brand excellence across all activities.
