Shaping the future of digital with innovative strategies and impactful solutions The opportunity to join our team The role will be responsible for leading the development of a plan and shaping the initiatives that deliver customers, advisers and employers a seamless, best-in-class omnichannel digital experience across channels and markets. Partnering closely across brand (incl. UX), marketing, product, advice, enterprise technology and enabling functions to develop the roadmap of omnichannel opportunities, define and prioritise the highest value initiatives – shaping into a pipeline of work for Digital and Marketing technology teams. Key Responsibilities Identify, assess, and prioritize digital, marketing technology, and omnichannel initiatives to enhance the MLC experience and drive conversion and retention. Develop multi-year plans, identify digital capability gaps, and recommend future state platforms to deliver value and growth. Partner with stakeholders to create digital and marketing technology strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives. Lead the assessment of technology solutions, recommend improvements, and ensure visibility of digital portfolio demand, priorities, and reporting. Leverage data analytics, competitive insights, and cross-functional teams to maximize engagement, ROI, and performance of initiatives while monitoring emerging trends and best practices. What You Will Bring Tertiary qualification in IT, Analytics, Project Management, Business, or a related field, with a high level of experience in digital product management or omnichannel roles. Strong commercial acumen, well-developed communication skills, and the ability to track, measure, and deliver value. Proven ability to execute and embed business strategies that drive shareholder, customer, and employee value. Deep understanding of digital platforms, technologies, and customer journeys, with expertise in transforming needs into actionable roadmaps. Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder influence skills, with a track record of driving innovation and achieving business results.
