Due to growth, they are looking for a skilled senior finance manager for their forward-thinking team.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Finance Manager , you will engage in a variety of tasks including:Leading the preparation and execution of half-year and year-end financial reporting to meet internal and external requirements. Conducting thorough reviews of detailed external reporting packages to ensure accurate performance reporting. Overseeing the creation of monthly financial statements and analyses while ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards. Managing budgeting processes and forecasts offers valuable insights and strategic operational planning recommendations. Analysing financial data to spot trends and reveal cost reduction or revenue improvement opportunities. Collaborating with various teams to meet project financial reporting demands. Developing and enforcing internal controls to protect company assets and enhance fiscal reporting accuracy. Mentoring team members in finance, promoting a culture of improvement and excellence. Qualifications and SkillsWe are searching for candidates with:A professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA). A bachelor's degree in accounting or a similar discipline. Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems, alongside advanced skills in Excel for data interpretation. A comprehensive understanding of accounting concepts and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills. Strong communication abilities to present complex financial data to diverse groups. Proven leadership skills with an emphasis on talent development and teamwork. A dedication to sustainability and a keen interest in renewable energy advancements.
