Full-time opportunity, fixed term till 31 Dec 2025 Lead a team of Survey Insights Analysts to design, deliver and analyse survey data, delivering actionable insights to ensure outstanding student experiences Competitive remuneration package plus 17% superannuation About the opportunity The Senior Manager Insights leads a team of Survey Insights Analysts to design, deliver and analyse survey data and deliver actionable insights to empower university staff to enable impactful teaching and research, drive sustainable performance, and deliver outstanding student experiences. This is a key role in developing and managing a team dedicated to delivering outstanding stakeholder relationships to develop student research capabilities to deliver high impact and actionable insights. This role ensures operating activities comply with governance and controls, and the mitigation of risks, and will utilise experience, business acumen and problem-solving expertise to make decisions and recommendations on broad and complex issues which impact on the operations of the organisation. The role also has leadership responsibilities to guide, develop and manage a team of professional staff, including managing performance and development, and for the delegation of work activity. About you Tertiary qualifications in analytics, data, marketing or another relevant field, or an equivalent combination of relevant training and experience. Proven management experience at a senior level with executive presence; together with supervision, training, mentoring and performance management of staff. Extensive experience in applying technical capabilities in the field of survey design, administration and analytics to deliver insight and recommendations. Extensive skills in developing market research programs to support market research (or similar) activities while engaging with stakeholders to deliver actionable and relevant insights. Extensive experience using Power BI or similar and experience with market research platforms such as Qualtrics. Extensive experience preparing and delivering study findings and recommendations to an executive audience. Excellent time and workload management skills and organisational skills with the ability to work with an agile methodology approach.
