Responsible for maturing service capability and driving improvements through the development and operational lifecycle to meet Insignia’s strategic agenda. Provide direction and strategy for aligned technology systems and processes, developing target state roadmaps and driving to meet outcomes. Accountable for continuous improvement, driving automation and efficiency, leveraging operational and technical experience, enterprise capabilities and connecting stakeholders to common goals. Key Responsibilities Partner with Marketing, Brand, and Digital stakeholders to drive product/application roadmaps, focusing on the implementation of a target state marketing ecosystem and creating clarity on strategic direction. Oversee team resource allocation, balancing client needs, individual development objectives, and skillsets, while leading project discovery and ensuring team competency. Proactively manage risk, adhere to policies and procedures, and ensure compliance across all activities, escalating issues or breaches as they arise. Provide technical direction to delivery teams, ensure alignment with platform standards, and mentor team members on best practices in application development and operational support. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, manage vendors and licenses for marketing technology solutions, and leverage enterprise capabilities to support team delivery and capacity. What You Will Bring Proven experience in Technology/Project Delivery, and in building high-performing teams and a solid understanding of change management and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience in delivering customer outcomes, understanding client needs, and aligning with both business and IT strategies to engage clients effectively. Proficient in Agile delivery practices, with strong skills in JIRA (or equivalent tools), and familiarity with ITIL methodology and cloud/SaaS applications. Experience in Wealth Financial Services, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration, estimation, and business case development to drive results across multiple areas. Excellent social, communication, and mentoring skills, along with strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation capabilities. Make your move. Make your mark.
