We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Mergers & Acquisitions team in our Sydney office. You’ll be involved in all stages of the transaction process, including deal preparation, preparing marketing materials, bidder research, conducting pricing analyses, due diligence preparation and coordination, to completion. More importantly, there is continuous opportunity to develop your own unique career with EY. You will also: Contribute to strong client relationships through interactions with our clients Prepare industry research / market mapping to assist in identifying potential acquisition targets for both private equity investors and corporate strategic buyers Contribute to new lead generation including businesses that should be targeted by the firm as potential clients Contribute to engagement execution and ensure that deliverables meet the project timetable Assist in the coaching and developing junior team members What we’re looking for Here’s our ‘wish list’ but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes.
