This operational General Manager / Senior Head of People & Culture role will suit someone who has experience leading the daily HR operations across the full employment lifecycle and leading a collaborative and supportive HR team including Talent Acquisition Advisor, People & Culture Advisor and People & Culture Administrator. Reporting to the Director of People, Culture & Learning, you will provide advice, support and guidance across recruitment and selection, IR/ER matters, reward and recognition, remuneration and benefits and project work as required. You will also manage their HR compliance obligations, build the capability of the front-line leaders and produce relevant HR reports. To be successful in this role, you will have: Min 5 years experience working at a senior HR practitioner level across IR/ER matters and leading a HR team Experience in Aged Care or Health Services ideal Relevant tertiary qualifications Excellent stakeholder management skills Strong leadership and coaching abilities Intermediate to advanced computer skills Your own vehicle as you will be required to attend another site In return you will receive generous leave entitlements (including 5 weeks of annual leave and 12 ADO’s per annum), Non For Profit salary packaging (including a car allowance), daily lunches, on-site parking, well-being initiatives and employee recognition lunches.
