Job Details Your Job We currently have a new opportunity for a Senior Manager, Team Lead, Pharmacovigilance in our Australian team. In this position, you will lead the delivery of Pharmacovigilance projects across the life cycle of products to our clients. You will act as the QPPVA for client projects and you will have line management responsibilities for a small team. Your role will include developing safety strategies and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and partners. Your profile You have a Bachelor of Pharmacy or Health Science related degree and at least 5 years experience working in Pharmacovigilance at a senior level, with demonstrated responsibilities in project management and leading stakeholder engagement. You have held QPPVA responsibilities and have people management experience, preferably in a hybrid working setting. You can demonstrate experience interacting with TGA and MedSafe. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate sophisticated communication skills and understanding of the full life cycle of pharmacovigilance. You have a natural ability to lead discussions and resolve complex problems. You can juggle several competing priorities at once without losing sight of the bigger picture. You are compliant and process-driven but can also think outside the box to suggest new ways of resolving issues and thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You enjoy continually expanding your knowledge and skills and maintain high ethics and professional standards in your work. You have strong computer skills including MS Office and exposure working with PV databases.
