This Senior Manager will have experience in the last 5 years in a management role working in a Specialist Disability Accommodation, Supported Independent Living or other relevant registered NDIS service. As an experienced General Manager, you will be skilled in operations, to oversee service delivery, culture and compliance to enhance and strengthen our service delivery, performance and achieve great resident outcomes. To succeed in the role, you will need exceptional business acumen, leadership and people management skills, communication and interpersonal abilities, and a strategic mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to support transformative projects, drive service excellence and legislative compliance while building a resident centred culture. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE: Lead and inspire a diverse team, providing mentorship and fostering a positive, productive work environment. Operate with a high degree of autonomy to deliver on strategic and business planning goals. Oversee the operations of the Tenancy and Housing Coordination Services teams, ensuring alignment with strategic and business planning. Demonstrate how the actions and outcomes of this role and work unit impact clients and the department's ability to deliver, or facilitate the delivery of, effective services.
