About the role We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Solutions Strategy and Program Delivery to drive strategic direction and oversee high-value initiatives to reduce Gross NAT, boost revenue, cut costs, and enhance processes. You will be accountable for developing, scoping, mobilizing, implementing, realizing benefits, and engaging stakeholders. As our Senior Manager, Retail Solutions Strategy and Program Delivery, you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. Day-to-day, you will: Support the strategic development, design and delivery of the enterprise level Zero NAT strategy Lead the development of the program of work and roadmap for Gross NAT reduction, reduced revenue leakage, cost optimisation and process improvements Maintain and improve the repository of Gross NAT opportunities Provide support and guidance for commercial evaluation of feasibility and viability assessments of initiatives Delivery accountability for the program of work, ensuring initiatives are delivered in accordance with the objectives, timeline, and budget Build and maintain strong relationships across the key disciplines involved in the program This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including: Demonstrated (at least 7+ years) track record in developing, managing and implementing programs to identify and realise efficiency opportunities and create value in complex, multi-stakeholder environments in a large corporate enterprise (either directly or as part of a strategy / performance improvement consultancy) Highly developed stakeholder and influencing skills at all levels of an organisation Advanced analytical and synthesis skills with ability to communicate both in written and verbal form to senior stakeholders including ExCo Excellent organisation skills with the ability to achieve results and meet deadlines Top-tier strategy or performance improvement consulting experience If you meet some of these requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.
