Applications close Friday 28 February 2025 at 11.59PM Overview Work type: Full Time - Fixed Term Salary: $182,813 - $248,629 Grade: STS7 Occupation: Engineering Location: CBD Reference: 6297Reporting to the Integration Manager within the North East Link Program (NELP) Central Package team, this role will lead State oversight of the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation (MEI) scope and systems. The Senior Manager, Delivery (MEI) will be responsible for engineering processes and resource management to provide assurance for the planning, procurement, witnessing, testing, and performance verification of MEI scope and implementation of the North East Link Program. The role will require proactive interaction with the NELP Central’s Contractor team to manage the resolution of technical and logistical issues across all MEI delivery activities, ensuring timely project completion. Furthermore, this role is accountable for monitoring, reporting, and resolving delivery issues within tight and conflicting timeframes, often with competing priorities and Stakeholders. The Senior Manager, Delivery is a results-driven, proactive role that consistently delivers timely results associated with MEI installation and commissioning on major infrastructure projects. About You A qualification in engineering or related discipline is mandatory. Registration on the National Engineering Registry (NER) Obtainment, or eligibility and progression towards obtainment, of a Chartered credential (CPEng) through Engineers Australia (or affiliated body). Capacity to confidently engage and negotiate on behalf of the State This opportunity is 3 years fixed-term. It will be a requirement to travel and spend time at one or all our site offices.
