The Role This role supports the end-to-end marketing operational alignment across the APAC Marketing team, including marketing planning and prioritisation, capacity planning, marketing performance reporting and regular business reviews. They play a critical role in maintaining a single view of all ongoing and upcoming marketing programs across the APAC region, fostering transparency and prioritisation across teams. Key Responsibilities Marketing Operational Support: Assist in managing the end-to-end marketing operational alignment in APAC by supervising marketing planning, prioritisation, and capacity planning. Work closely with Marketing team members to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overarching business objectives and discover opportunities for operational improvements and driving process efficiencies. Implement core processes and workflows to ensure efficient, effective, and timely execution that aligns with business goals. Cross-Team Marketing Program Coordination: Help maintain a single view of all ongoing and upcoming marketing programs across the region, ensuring transparency, alignment, and prioritisation. Collaborate with regional and global teams to gather updates, ensuring marketing programs are on track, objectives are met, and key resources are allocated effectively. Coordinate the evaluation and prioritisation of new projects, assessing impact, feasibility, and resource allocation. Cross-Marketing Cadence and Meeting Coordination: Assist in coordinating key marketing forums, including monthly and quarterly business reviews and retrospectives, helping to provide team members with actionable insights into marketing effectiveness and performance. Support the organisation of key marketing cadence meetings and activities, ensuring consistency in communication and fostering effective teamwork across teams. Ensure that all meetings are structured and purposeful, with clear outcomes and follow-up actions. Investment & Budget Management: Support the budget management process, collaborating with the finance team to track expenditures and ensure financial accuracy across marketing programs. Assist in the forecasting and financial reporting process, ensuring marketing initiatives are on budget and any variances are promptly addressed. Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure smooth collaboration and the successful delivery of marketing programs. Qualifications Essential Requirements: Possess program management experience regionally which includes budget management, financial tracking, and ensuring operational efficiency. Experience in marketing operations, strategic planning, or performance management in a regional or global context. Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms, project management tools, and performance reporting systems. Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build strong and credible relationships across various business units and at all levels of the organisation. Other Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Ability to balance critical thinking with attention to operational detail, with a focus on both execution and process improvement. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and expectations. The Team: The APAC Marketing Strategy team is responsible for shaping the overarching marketing and brand strategy, working closely with segment, product, channel, and country teams to ensure alignment with company objectives. The team manages a diverse portfolio of research studies and market/customer-focused data analytics to uncover valuable customer insights, ensuring the voice of the customer is integrated throughout the organisation. Additionally, the team leads the end-to-end marketing operational alignment, driving effective planning, coordination, and performance across the APAC Marketing team. Key stakeholders include the Executive and Commercial Leadership Teams, Marketing, Product, Technology, Sales and Service, Commercial Growth and Strategy.
