(Senior) Marketing Coordinator, Sydney or Melbourne Our Communications & Marketing team enhances and protects the FTI Consulting brand by promoting our people, success stories and community initiatives internally and externally. Based in Sydney or Melbourne , as a Marketing Coordinator or Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will provide support to our Economic & Financial Consulting and Technology teams, working with economists, engineers, accountants, and legal technology experts. FTI Consulting, Inc. is a leading global expert firm for organisations facing crisis and transformation. This role will be critical in planning, executing and evaluating marketing and business development initiatives. You will be required to manage multiple projects, collaborate with internal stakeholders, execute physical and virtual events, and ensure external content aligns with the firm’s branding and tone of voice. You will support the team by providing insights on campaigns, leveraging both digital and analytical perspectives. We are looking for candidates with 2 – 4 years of experience , ideally in professional services (accounting, law, engineering, consulting etc), with a deep understanding of marketing principles, excellent organisational and analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. What You’ll Do Your responsibilities will involve: Strategic Planning and Execution Research support to inform business development and marketing activities. Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print and events. Conduct reviews and design layouts for content and collateral. Business Development Assist with the preparation and review of capability statements, pitches and tenders. Maintain and manage the credentials database. Assist with managing and drafting fee earner website bios and CVs. Support the client listening program by preparing reports and taking detailed notes during feedback sessions. Assist with client follow-up and lead generation resulting from marketing campaigns. Support in drafting submissions for awards and directories. Content and Collateral Development and Management Create, edit and manage content for various marketing materials, including brochures, service sheets, newsletters, websites, videos, social media and email campaigns. Manage national marketing and social media activity pipelines. Oversee and support brand guideline training within teams. Event and Sponsorship Management Participate in marketing events from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies and freelancers. Assist with promotion and post-event follow-up to maximise engagement and return on investment. Support the delivery of external sponsorship benefits. Digital Marketing Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media (paid) campaigns, website and email marketing. Support the management of the CRM platform (Salesforce). Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns and report on effectiveness. Analytics and Reporting Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and business development activities and provide insights and recommendations. Experience and Qualifications Marketing/Communications degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within professional services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage, build relationships and communicate with others. Professional and positive manner. Ability to prioritise, multi-task and remain calm under pressure. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint critical). Experience with Adobe programs (Photoshop, Indesign, Acrobat and Premiere Pro) is encouraged but not essential. Experience with event management systems (such as Cvent, Splash or Eventbrite) is encouraged but not essential.
