Want to know more about us? Visit our website What will you be responsible for? This role is part of the broader marketing team and reports directly to the Head of Marketing. As a Senior Marketing Manager – HR and Safety, you will lead the strategy and execution of all marketing initiatives for the Citation HR and Citation Safety brands, with a strong emphasis on integrating newly acquired businesses into our product offering. Your Key Activities In This Role Will Be: Strategic Leadership – Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, acquisition (lead generation), growth (cross/upsell), and retention. Data-Driven Decision Making – Analyse marketing performance, report key metrics, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights. Brand Ownership – Manage the content and communication plan for the HR & Safety brands, ensuring consistency and impact. Business Growth – Drive brand and business growth through multi-channel marketing, including PPC, SEO, SEM, social media, email, direct mail, influencer partnerships, referrals, webinars, and live events. Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with the Customer Success team to enhance the customer journey and deliver value-driven content at key touchpoints. Website Management – Oversee website development and conversion optimisation, driving content strategy, improving conversion rates, and leading web-related projects. What we are looking for: Min. 7 years' experience in a similar senior marketing role within a B2B environment – previous experience with HR and / or Safety services is a plus! Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies focused on both acquisition and retention. Exceptional ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in an open and transparent manner. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for growth. Next steps?
