Manage multi-million-dollar media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of media spend across different channels. Present quarterly and annual performance reviews to clients, demonstrating how media investments contribute to business success. Work closely with internal teams (planners, buyers, analysts) to ensure client campaigns deliver ROI and measurable impact. Lead, mentor, and inspire account management teams, including Client Service Managers, Account executives, and supporting staff. Build strong relationships with media partners, technology vendors, and partner agencies to enhance campaign effectiveness. Skills & Experience Needed Extensive background in media strategy, planning, and buying across digital & offline media. Proven success in leading high-profile client accounts in a media agency. Deep knowledge of TV, radio, OOH, print, digital, social, and programmatic media. Ability to analyze media performance data and translate insights into business strategies. Experience with presenting data-driven solutions to Clients. Ability to influence internal teams, external clients, and senior stakeholders. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with media vendors and partners.
