Media Director – Traditional & Digital Media This client-facing role will suit someone who has at least 8+ years’ experience working within a media agency here in Australia – you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent residency. Your role will include: Assisting the agency with the implementation of various media plans – offline & online media. Traditional strategy & planning. Campaign execution & optimization. Budget management and team leadership. Reporting and analysis. Working closely with the greater team &/or clients. Heading up a small team of up to three people. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Supporting the COO with client contacts / relationships. Assisting with client reports as requested. Delivering the buying product as briefed. Ensuring quality delivery of the bought product. Employing ‘best practice’ buying methodologies and techniques. Ensuring the day-to-day management of media holdings is accurate, on budget, to plan and match those of the many and varied media partners. Pursuing solution-based outcomes with your team members. Utilizing the research tools held within the agency. Being detail-focused to ensure the work is always accurate and on time. Playing an active role in delivering team goals & the smooth running of the division. Compensation: A$150,000 salary package. Location: Bayside offices – hybrid work model.
