We are looking for Senior Medical Workforce Officers to provide a customer-focused medical workforce service at Fiona Stanley Hospital. In this role, the successful candidate: Coordinates and undertakes the adequate and timely staffing of Doctors in Training (DIT’s) including; advertising, recruitment, appointment, allocation, resignation/termination for the South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS). Liaises with other hospitals to negotiate and facilitate the rotations of DIT’s from SMHS. Oversees and supports Medical Staff processes for; On-boarding, Rostering, Payroll/Leave inquiries and ongoing compliance monitoring. Oversees leave relief of Doctors in Training (DIT’s) and coordinates hospital wide medical rosters. Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) is a 783-bed tertiary hospital offering a range of health services including the State Rehabilitation Service, a comprehensive cancer centre, purpose-built mental health unit, maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, and the State Adult Burns Service.
