About the role Eastern Health is looking for a passionate and experienced Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Department. The Senior Medicines Information Pharmacist and Clinical Lead is responsible for the direction, planning, co-ordination, provision and oversight of the clinical services at Angliss Hospital. This position also provides Medicines Information support for Eastern Health and oversees the pharmacy on-call service. The role involves collaboration with the Associate Program Director Pharmacy and Senior Pharmacists to develop clinical services for Angliss Hospital. About you Registered as a Pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Current and advanced hospital pharmacy experience Sound knowledge of hospital pharmacy practices according to Advanced Pharmacy Australia (AdPha) Guidelines Commitment to professional standards and guidelines Awareness of National Standards and Accreditation Standards Commitment to optimum patient-focused care Developed staff supervision and interpersonal skills High-level communication skills with consumers and healthcare professionals Ability to perform under pressure and manage work priorities Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills Ability to manage change and quality improvement activities Teamwork and relationship-building skills Commitment to ongoing professional development Proficient in computer and data management skills Please refer to the attached position description for further details of the role.
