Senior Mental Health Clinician - Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Are you seeking a diverse and rewarding Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Senior Mental Health Clinician role in a leading regional hospital? Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is looking for a dedicated AOD Senior Mental Health Clinician to join our friendly team on a full time, ongoing basis. We put our clients at the centre of what we do to create positive change in people's lives. We work with families, communities and other organisations to deliver trauma informed, equitable, culturally safe and integrated services based on evidence and practice wisdom. The Senior Clinician's role is to improve and integrate the service responses to people with complex needs associated with co-occurring mental health and substance use problems. This position will work in partnership with other clinicians from Mental Health teams with oversight by the manager of the Psychiatric Emergency Care Team. About you Ideal candidates for this role will have: Current Registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA or Occupational Therapist or Registered Psychologist, with current AHPRA, or Degree or Diploma in Social Work eligibility or other qualification acceptable for membership to AASW. Qualification in Addiction studies (or working towards the same). Minimum 3 years' experience post completion of mental health specialist training. Minimum 3 years' experience delivering alcohol and drug care. Demonstrated experience in working effectively with people who have complex AOD/Mental Health needs.
