About the role.. This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to combine your clinical expertise with your passion for lifelong health in a part time role 2-3 days per week. The primary focus of this role is to provide high-quality musculoskeletal physiotherapy care while also contributing to health promotion and wellbeing through lifestyle-oriented guidance and programs. Additionally, you will grow the service by fostering strong community connections, expanding service offerings, and promoting the clinic's reputation as a trusted provider of holistic care. Key responsibilities include: Delivering expert musculoskeletal physiotherapy care , including assessments, tailored treatments, and rehabilitation programs Supporting clients’ overall health and wellbeing , integrating lifestyle medicine approaches such as exercise, education, and proactive health advice Empowering clients to actively participate in their recovery and long-term health goals Contributing to the growth of the service by fostering strong relationships and promoting our services Collaborating with the club fitness team to provide integrated care, create joint health programs, and support members in achieving their fitness and rehabilitation goals. About you.. We’re seeking a motivated and dynamic physiotherapist who is passionate about empowering clients through evidence-based care and holistic health approaches. You’ll bring: Expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and a desire to support clients’ broader health goals Experience in private practice , ideally with a track record of building or growing a new practice Strong interpersonal skills to engage members, collaborate with colleagues, and foster relationships. Essential Criteria: Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy Current AHPRA registration Experience in private sector physiotherapy settings A minimum of 2 years of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy Proven ability to deliver lifestyle-focused health and wellbeing advice alongside physiotherapy care A robust understanding of chronic health conditions, injuries, orthopedics, pain mechanisms and current evidence-based management strategies Experience working autonomously and as part of a team.
