Apply now Job no: 502588Work type: Permanent - Full TimeLocation: MelbourneCategories: Sales Your Impact: We are seeking a Senior National Account Manager to join our Sales team here at Asahi Lifestyle Beverages (our iconic, non-alcoholic portfolio). Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for the achievement of Volume, NSV and Profitability targets across multiple beverage aisle segments and market leading brands. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic account plans to deliver promotional, revenue management and brand strategies to maximise brand share, and optimise ROI and commercial delivery. Lead the customer relationship with Coles Category Manager and broader Coles team. Drive the Category E-Commerce strategy and implementation. Build and execute key activations and launches against the customer JBP strategies. Support the Customer collaboration process with key internal and customer stakeholders. Lead on relevant JBP initiatives, monthly reporting, forecasting and day to day co-ordination and execution of the customer plan. Partner with demand planning to ensure customer centric supply chain collaboration. Develop and implement category growth initiatives. Take ownership of sales forecast accuracy and trade investment expenditure. Manage a direct report to jointly execute the above responsibilities whilst supporting their development. About You: Success in this role will come from extensive experience as a Senior National Account Manager from within the FMCG industry. You will have exceptional commercial acumen which will be demonstrated through your customer management success. Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management dealing with major accounts. Strong strategic and analytical skills including Category Management. Advanced negotiation skills and closing commercial contracts. Some people leadership experience preferred. Ability to exceed sales targets using a structured data-driven, planned approach. Strategic account planning - able to apply market/industry knowledge and insights to evaluate and develop ALB and customer opportunities. Why Asahi?
