We are currently seeking an experienced National Accounts Manager to manage and nurture our relationships with key national retailers. Role Overview:As the National Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our FMCG products across key retail accounts in Australia. This is a dynamic and rewarding role where you’ll manage relationships with top-tier retailers, ensuring the alignment of sales strategies, optimizing product performance, and enhancing our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic account plans for key retailers, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior retail buyers and key decision-makers at major Australian retailers. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional plans to drive product visibility and sales growth. Monitor account performance and analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to deliver tailored solutions for retail partners. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing regular updates for senior management. Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to ensure our products maintain a competitive edge. Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and build business networks. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience as a National Accounts Manager or in a similar sales role within the FMCG industry. Strong understanding of the Australian retail landscape, particularly with key national players. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships. Experience in managing cross-functional teams to deliver results. High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and CRM tools. A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving business success.
