About the Opportunity Join us in the role of Senior Occupational Therapist Access and Community Brokerage , where you will make a real impact in the lives of older adults within the CO-ACT unit. As a key member of an interdisciplinary team, you will lead the delivery of innovative, patient-centred care for individuals with complex needs. About You We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Occupational Therapist who brings a wealth of experience and professionalism to this role. You will demonstrate: Strong clinical expertise in managing complex neurological conditions, including acquired brain injuries, with the ability to deliver patient-centred, evidence-based care and make sound clinical decisions independently. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster effective collaboration across diverse, multidisciplinary teams. A commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical practice, with a solid understanding of the needs of individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and those with disabilities. Proven experience in supervising staff, leading projects, and applying legislative requirements such as the Work Health Safety Act 2012, alongside a focus on continuous improvement in clinical services.
