Senior Organisational Development Manager We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Organisational Development Manager to play a vital role in fostering a positive workplace culture by identifying and embedding the organisation’s values, behaviours, and key initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with stakeholders to shape and sustain a culture that enhances employee engagement, retention, and performance. Leveraging insights from engagement surveys, you will design and implement impactful initiatives aligned with the organisation’s strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include: Drive organisational-wide people experience programs that embed values and behaviours into everyday practices and enhance employee engagement. Champion diversity and inclusion efforts to create a more equitable and welcoming workplace for all employees. Manage the development and implementation of the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) to support meaningful reconciliation initiatives. Design and implement reward and recognition strategies that reinforce a values-driven culture and celebrate employee contributions. Collaborate with leadership and teams across the organisation to embed a strong organisational identity, creating an environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and aligned with shared goals. What You Bring: Proven experience leading a team to enhance the employee experience through programs aligned with people strategy across the employee lifecycle. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define and embed organisational values, behaviours, and cultural initiatives that enhance engagement and retention. Expertise in designing and delivering diversity and inclusion initiatives, as well as managing reward and recognition programs. Strong skills in building strategic relationships with stakeholders and providing expert advice on employee experience initiatives, with a continuous improvement mindset for policies and processes. Prior experience in managing Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs) is highly desirable. A relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, complemented by demonstrated project experience in enhancing employee experience and workplace culture.
