Prime opportunity for a Senior P&C advisor to join the Business Partnering team Full-time ongoing opportunity based in Hawthorn Hew 8 + 17% superannuation and hybrid working environment About the Role The Senior People and Culture Advisor will be instrumental in implementing both strategic and operational initiatives related to people management across Swinburne university. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to offer expert advice and support on various matters, such as employee relations, policy interpretation, workforce planning, and change management.The Advisor plays a crucial role in improving the overall people experience at the university and ensuring that all efforts are aligned with the university's strategic goals and values. About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in: A Senior People & Culture Advisor role in a medium to large organisation. Developing and implementing HR solutions aligned with business objectives. Providing advisory support on a broad range of HR activities including workforce planning, learning and development, change management and organisational design, job design, classification, reporting, and change management to People and Culture Business Partners. Advising on employee relations matters including performance improvement and misconduct, while facilitating grievance resolution and ensuring compliance with policies and laws. Directly working with senior leaders and other stakeholders. Analysing people metrics, managing HR projects and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes and service delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
