About the Role An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated, self-driven Senior People and Culture Advisor to join My Guardian. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, key responsibilities will include: Oversee and manage the employee life-cycle Support our end-to-end recruitment Manage employee performance and grievances Create and implement HR initiatives Review, create and streamline processes and procedures Manage and oversee training and development programs for staff Own and manage work health & safety requirements Provide professional advice and support, and engage, influence, and coach the workforce to promote continual development and improvement in safety culture. Ensure risk/hazard registers are maintained Facilitate a consistent approach to risk management ensuring workers are trained and using risk management tools Skills and Experience At least 3+ years experience in a HR Generalist role or equivalent Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Demonstrate a strong knowledge of employment legislation, compliance and best practice Experience in the Health Care Industry (desirable) Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Excellent leadership skills Self-driven and ability to work autonomously If this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, we would love to hear from you.
