Role Overview The Senior People & Culture Manager acts as the strategic HR business lead to a broad stakeholder group, working closely with senior business leaders including the Executive Manager QantasLink Operations & Services, Heads of departments, and Business Managers. This position will co-design, lead, and implement our strategic people plans, initiatives, programs, and procedures. Responsibilities Lead the strategic people plan across our QantasLink business. Partner with executive business leaders to deliver on our business and people strategy. Oversee a broad range of people activities including Organizational Design and Change Management, Industrial Relations, Talent Management, Compensation, and Leadership Development programs. Support the evolution of our QantasLink Airports and Ground Operations strategy. Ensure the growth, development, and engagement of the QantasLink Services workforce to deliver strategic business objectives. Collaborate with the People Group and lead a small team. You will have: Demonstrated ability to partner strategically at a senior level with leadership teams in a large, complex organization. Leadership experience in embedding significant operational change in support of a growth strategy. Strong understanding of the Australian industrial and workplace relations environment. Experience in developing and implementing people plans. Proven ability to manage significant change and build organizational capability. Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence senior leaders. Highly developed business and commercial acumen. Experience in facilitating and working within a highly collaborative team dynamic. Strong people leadership skills. Drive to succeed and motivation.
