(pro rata) + Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits Temporary up to 12 months and part-time working 15 hours per week About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Placement Service Data and Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will provide essential data and administration support, ensuring the Placement Service Management Team receives high-quality, timely information and advice. You will be responsible for managing confidential administrative tasks, preparing reports, briefing notes, and conducting data collection and analysis to assist in the resolution of complex CALHN clinical issues. As the Senior Placement Service Data and Administration Officer, you will play a crucial part in driving the efficiency of our services, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and discretion. Your ability to manage sensitive information and provide clear, actionable insights will directly contribute to the success of the Placement Service. About You We’re looking for someone who has the following skills, experience, and knowledge to thrive in this role: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals, including patients, families, and healthcare staff. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage conflict, negotiate effectively, and coordinate multiple tasks. Experience in using various software packages (e.g. Excel, databases) and basic computing skills, with a background in healthcare or human services. A deep understanding of safety, quality management, person-centred care principles, and knowledge of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
