SENIOR PROCESS AND DATA CONSULTANT Position Summary We work with clients who are looking to transform their operations. To support this mission, you will lead process improvement initiatives, end-to-end process optimisation, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence. Your expertise in continuous improvement, project analysis, and PMO will ensure sustainable business transformation. You will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, conducting data analysis to inform process changes, and creating PMO templates that standardise and enhance project execution. Your ability to prioritise and implement solutions quickly will be critical to delivering measurable business value for clients. You will have an excellent understanding of process improvement methodologies, Lean, and continuous improvement frameworks, as well as PMO practices that drive structured project management. You will be experienced in mapping processes, analysing workflows, and embedding operational excellence into client teams. The ability to be agile, flexible, and self-driven while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement is essential. Our expectations for a Senior Consultant are that you can work independently with clients and teams in your key areas of expertise, coach team members, build and improve relationships with clients and professional networks, and drive data-backed, outcome-focused improvements. You will play a key role in integrating into client teams, coaching their staff, implementing structured PMO frameworks, and ensuring long-term sustainable change. This role focuses on achieving measurable client outcomes rather than delivering time-based project work. The Senior Consultant will work iteratively with clients, embedding continuous improvement practices and ensuring sustained impact. Who are you? You are a self-starter who is highly motivated and proactive. You have deep expertise in process improvement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies. You have strong data analysis skills and can derive actionable insights to inform process changes. You have strong analytical skills and experience in data and process analytics. You are experienced in Lean methodologies and continuous improvement. You have previous experience mapping processes and identifying areas for operational excellence. You understand PMO practices, project analysis, and the creation of structured PMO templates. You are adaptable and able to adjust priorities based on the evolving needs of client engagements. You have successfully implemented process improvements and achieved measurable benefits. You can prioritise initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes quickly. You are a strategic thinker who proactively identifies business inefficiencies and develops structured solutions. You are an active listener and excel in stakeholder communication. Key responsibilities as a Three6 Senior Consultant Lead process improvement initiatives and embed continuous improvement methodologies within client organisations. Use data analytics to assess process performance and identify inefficiencies. Design, implement, and refine PMO frameworks and templates to standardise project management processes. Conduct project analysis to optimise project execution, ensuring structured and efficient delivery. Manage end-to-end process mapping initiatives to drive operational excellence. Influence clients and stakeholders to incorporate a human-centred service design approach. Facilitate workshops with clients to map current and future-state processes. Prioritise and implement high-impact process improvements that deliver measurable business value. Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring alignment with PMO best practices and project governance. Support a culture of learning and capability building by mentoring colleagues and coaching client teams. Design and deliver internal training in process improvement, data analytics, and PMO best practices. Keep up to date with trends in process optimisation, data analytics, and digital transformation. Communicate effectively, both in written and verbal formats, ensuring clarity and impact in business transformation initiatives. Build and maintain positive relationships with teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive continuous engagement. A DAY IN THE LIFE – every day will be different but here are a few things you will do: Engage with key stakeholders to establish objectives and goals for client work. Analyse and interpret data to provide insights into business performance and process efficiency. Set up meetings/workshops to understand and map existing processes. Facilitate workshops both in person and online. Create and present findings, insights, and recommendations to clients. Conduct interviews and data analysis to uncover opportunities for process optimisation. Identify risks, inefficiencies, and areas of waste, developing strategies to eliminate them. Implement process improvements to drive measurable benefits. Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes. Maintain and enhance client relationships to drive long-term engagement with Three6. Participate in internal Three6 activities and projects to continuously improve our ways of working. What does success look like? Deliver client work on time and in schedule. Ensure client satisfaction and engagement throughout every project. Raise risks or blockers early to ensure smooth delivery. Build and nurture strong relationships internally and externally. Contribute to the continuous improvement and success of Three6.
