As the resident wordsmith and product storyteller, you will partner with product managers and marketing leads to craft compelling copy for various products across the group. An expert communicator and writer with a keen eye for detail, you will play a key role in bringing our brand and products to life across multiple channels and target markets. How you'll make an impact Interpret product positioning and content strategy to develop compelling messaging for a range of products across the group. Own tone of voice for Flare, ensuring all copy and content produced is in line with brand guidelines. Write copy for website product/landing pages, product guides, video, sales collateral, slide presentations, email campaigns, social media, search ads and other channels where required. Partner with head of brand and wider marketing team to develop copy and creative narrative for campaigns and customer events. Partner with product designers to ensure in-product experiences best reflect overall position, strategy, and tone of voice. Manage messaging matrix to help leasing and sales teams articulate and sell products, and refresh accordingly in line with product roadmap. Develop copy variants to support multivariate testing strategies (e.g., subject line/CTA testing) with responsibility for achieving certain outcomes based on messaging performance. What we're looking for Proven copywriting experience, preferably in B2B or B2C SaaS or in a high-growth technical startup environment. Demonstrated success crafting messaging that resonates and drives users to take action, ability to interpret technical value propositions into digestible key messages. Ability to modify copy for various audiences such as B2B, B2C and B2B2C. Experience writing UI copy for web and mobile apps in collaboration with product and product design, guiding users through sequential steps or workflows designed to convert. Curiosity for performance outcomes and energy for making iterative improvements to messaging on an ongoing basis. Strong cross-functional/stakeholder management skills with experience working with multiple teams. Experience in B2B2C, financial services or two-sided marketplaces is advantageous.
