The Role: As the Senior Product Manager for our Retail Payments team, you will lead the development and delivery of Retail Payments products and services, with a focus on our Issuing channel. Your role will include driving customer-centric solutions, ensuring delivery timelines are met, and managing the go-to-market strategy. In this position, you will also provide leadership and mentorship to other team members, while taking charge of major product development initiatives as needed. Proposed Role Responsibilities are: As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll balance multiple key responsibilities: Develop and deliver Retail Payment products and services by gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, collaborating closely with key stakeholders. Partner with the broader Payments & Schemes team to define the go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment on product positioning, key benefits, and target customers. Identify process efficiencies and work with key stakeholders to remove potential blockers to delivery. Lead a team of product managers and analysts when needed. Act as a mentor within the broader customer success team. Proposed Position Requirements are: Demonstrated experience in end-to-end product management of card payment products or services, with a solid understanding of relevant technologies and tools. Experience working with Digital Wallet products within the Payments sector. Strong ability to engage and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including end-users at all organisational levels. Proven track record of leading products from concept to launch and beyond. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Strong problem-solving skills & excellent organisational and planning abilities. Strong commercial acumen with a highly analytical mindset and keen attention to detail.
