We are looking for another ingredient to add to our mix! Working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing, the Senior Product Manager - eCommerce is a key role in leading our Shopify-based Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands. We are looking for a strategic and innovative leader who will be responsible for driving growth, forecasting, overseeing product development, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Some duties this role will cover include: Develop and execute a growth initiative in line with business objectives to optimize revenue, margin, average value order, and customer lifetime value. Leverage data-driven insights to enhance our customer journeys. Work across the R&D, Operations, Creative, and Digital teams to design, test, and launch products that meet customer needs. Oversee experimentation and conversion rate optimization initiatives. Conduct market analysis, monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine our product development, brand positioning, and pricing strategies. Manage relationships with our key partners and vendors to support product development and supply chain efficiency. Manage and develop forecasts and budgets. Develop and own the digital roadmap.
